STRENGTH & CONDITIONING - COMPETITION, EVENT, INDIVIDUAL

Strength and Conditioning Coaches improve athletes physical performance by building their strength and endurance within the skeletal muscles. Our Coaches are qualified and registered through the Australian Strength and Conditioning Association. Their aim is to ensure athletes peak at optimum performance level prior to competition or season.
Whether you train one on one with our coach, as a team, or in groups, our coaches always ensure you are mentally, emotionally and physically ready.
Our coaches will measure your performance with drills in agility, speed, endurance, strength, and intensity, and prescribe programs to suit your individual needs.

INCREASE MUSCLE MASS OR LOSE BODY FAT?

Weight management put simply – is living longer ‘healthier’ and ‘fitter’. Managing weight is a lifestyle, and it’s a habit among many other habits that create an end goal that you are happy with.
At the Bay Health Club we promote healthy eating and daily physical activity. Our Personal Trainers can measure your body composition and from here we can personalise a fitness program prescribed to achieve your health and fitness goals. Our aim is to get your scores to optimum levels.

REHABILITATION - TREATMENT AND PREVENTION

Quite often we have people come to us for programs with acute, sub-acute or chronic medical conditions, injuries or disabilities. They ask us for support around treatment and ask us to work with their allied health professional such as their GP or Surgeon to design a safe and effective exercise program. Our Exercise Physiologists can work with your allied health professional, read pathology and scans, and ensure together we get you the best possible treatment. We want to help you move again – move better, back to the best possible function. We are registered with Medicare, NDIS, and Private Health Funds.

Treatment includes:

  • Metabolic
  • Neurological
  • Musculoskeletal
  • Cancers
  • Kidney
  • Respiratory / pulmonary and mental health
