Aqua Deep Water uses flotation belts and focuses on joint mobility while strengthening the arms, legs and core muscles with no impact. This class suits all ages and fitness levels and is a fun way to add some variety to your training. The movements involve running, jogging, cycling, numerous kick variations, and abdominal work. The exercises use every major muscle group in the body and is a major kilojoule burner…depending on your effort and intensity.

The variable nature of Vinyasa yoga helps to develop more balance in the body as well as prevent repetitive motion injuries that can happen if you are doing the same thing every day.
Yin Yoga consists of a series of long-held passive floor poses that mainly work the lower part of the body – the hips, pelvis, inner thighs, lower spine. These areas are rich in connective tissue. The poses are held for longer sometimes up to 5 mins. Yin Yoga improves flexibility, boost circulation and reduces tension.
